Delete your account

You can delete your FitFormBuddy account and all the data that goes with it at any time — in about a minute from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed. Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
If you still have FitFormBuddy installed:
- Open FitFormBuddy and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account security.
- Read the notice, tick the confirmation box, then tap Delete my account.
This immediately deletes your data from our servers, deletes your sign-in account, and wipes the workout data stored on your phone. It cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by email (no app needed)
If you've uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, you don't need to reinstall anything. Email us at info@activityscore.co.uk with the subject "Delete my FitFormBuddy account", ideally from the email address your account is registered under.
To protect your data we may reply to your account's registered address to confirm the request really came from you. Once confirmed, we delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
3. What gets deleted
Whichever route you use, deletion covers everything tied to your account:
- Account data — your email address, name and sign-in details (Apple, Google or email & password).
- Profile & preferences — training goal, equipment, schedule and plan settings.
- Workout history — exercises, sets, reps, weights, form scores, coaching cues and streaks.
- Synced copies — data backed up to our servers for cross-device sync.
4. What's kept, and for how long
- Encrypted backups — residual copies leave our encrypted backups within 90 days of deletion.
- Purchase records — payments are handled by Apple's App Store and Google Play, so your purchase history stays with them under their policies. We never had your card details.
- Anonymous technical data — crash reports and aggregate usage statistics that can't identify you.
- Legal records — anything we're legally required to retain, kept only as long as the law requires.

5. Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. Before or after deleting, cancel via Google Play subscriptions or App Store subscriptions.
